Enflo LLC, today announced the company’s certification to the ISO 9001:2015 QMS standard, an internationally recognized standard that sets out the requirements for a quality management system (QMS). The standard which is based on the concept of continual improvement will focus Enflo to become a more efficient operation and to “delight” its customers.
Enflo started the process of becoming ISO 9001:2015 QMS certified after recognizing that many potential customers required the certification. “Our business will not only gain new customers in markets we have been targeting but we’ll also get the benefit of becoming a much more valuable supplier through improved operations and continuous process improvement”, said Mark Lamoureaux, Enflo’s President and CEO.
Both Enflo facilities, located in Bristol, Connecticut and Enflo Canada LTD, in Grand Falls, New Brunswick successfully passed the ISO audit and are certified to ISO 9001:2015 QMS.
