In its ongoing effort to build upon its talent to address its growth objectives, Enflo Canada recently promoted Kim Morin to Inside Sales Specialist.
In this role, Kim will be responsible for the Order Acquisition process which entails quoting, negotiating and entering of orders, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction is a top priority.
Kim originally joined Enflo Canada in June, 2017 as Customer Service Representative (CSR) following a very successful career as Pharmacy Assistant in a major pharmacy chain. Kim’s rapid understanding of the sales process, her in depth knowledge of Enflo products and her ability to excel in the CSR role were key attributes in her being promoted to the Inside Sales position. Kim was able to quickly acclimate to the company’s new ERP system and was an easy “fit” to the Sales team.
Kim has extensive customer-facing sales and customer service experience from over seventeen years in the retail and consumer services sector. She has held positions in sales, customer service and management and holds a diploma in Accounting.
