Enflo LLC Promotes Steve Rood to President

Bristol, CT and Grand Falls, New Brunswick, Canada – July 7, 2021 

Enflo LLC, a Connecticut based manufacturer of PTFE basic shapes with facilities in Bristol, CT and Grand Falls, New Brunswick, Canada, announces the promotion of Steve Rood to President.

Reporting to the CEO, Mr. Rood will be primarily responsible for implementing the Company’s strategic initiatives and ensuring Enflo meets its financial performance objectives.  Key among his duties will be inspiring and motivating employees to maximize individual and company performance and success.  Steve will provide leadership to all facets of the organization and will oversee day to day business operations, ensuring accountability to Enflo’s stakeholders.  In addition, Steve will support the development of strategies that align with the Company’s goals.

Prior to joining Enflo, Steve was the Chief Operating Officer for Light Metals Coloring, a large anodizing job shop with 90 employees located in Southington, CT.   Previous to that role, Steve’s experience included Assistant Plant Manager with Carter Wallace, Inc. and Director of Manufacturing Operations with Lapointe Industries. 

Steve has a BSME from the University of Connecticut – School of Engineering.
