Continuing to build on its industry leading customer service, Enflo LLC recently hired Vincent Hoey in the new position of Customer Account Manager. Vinnie joined Enflo in January of 2019 and is responsible for the overall management and support of Enflo’s Customer Account Representatives and Customer Service Representatives located in Bristol, CT and in Grand Falls, New Brunswick, Canada.
Vinnie will play a significant role in supporting Enflo’s strategic positioning in a number of new and legacy markets as it continues to grow its PTFE product lines and business portfolio. In this new position, Vinnie will support Enflo’s the outside sales team (Manufacturer Reps and VP Sales East Region), as well as ensuring customer requirements are being met and that Enflo’s Customer Account Representatives have the appropriate data needed to provide the best service to Enflo customers.

Vinnie has over 25 years’ management experience in customer service, inside sales and government contracting. Vinnie joined Enflo after several years with ITW Global Brands where he was the Customer Service Manager. Prior to that for the past 25 plus years, Vinnie was the Customer Service Manager for several Connecticut firms including Ultra Electronics – MSI, Casco Products and Robertshaw Controls Co. Vinnie studied Business Administration at Housatonic Community College in Bridgeport, CT.
